Why Do I Need Health Insurance?

Health insurance is something that everyone needs. But what if I'm healthy? Do I still need health insurance? Yes! You can not predict the future and you never know when something may happen to you. Health insurance is a very simple concept to understand. You pay a little bit each month to protect yourself against the unknown cost of a major accident. What happens if you break your angle while paying softball with your friends? How much could that cost? Thousands or tens of thousands.

Besides the reasons why you need it and should have it. Effective in 2014, the Federal Government is going to require you to have it. If you don't get it, they will penalize you on your taxes each year until the fines get so large it would cheaper to just pay for the insurance.

Did you know that most applicants can get affordable health insurance in California for less than $100/month if you're under 40 years old.
